Recipe of Asparagus Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts in Oyster Sauce

Fresh Asparagus                                             ½ Kg
Large broccoli broken in flowerettes                01
Brussels sprouts cut into lengthwise               ¼ Kg
Oil                                                                    03 tbs.
Chopped garlic                                                02 tbs.
Oyster Sauce                                                  02 tbs.
Soy Sauce (Sweet)                                         02 tbs.
Sesame Oil                                                     01 tea spoon.
Corn starch                                                     01 tbs.
Water                                                              02 tbs.

Cooking Method:

Remove hard end of asparagus rinse and drain.

1. In a wok, heat water to boiling point, add asparagus, cover and cook for 3 minutes and remove to serving plate. 
2. Using the same water cook broccoli for 5 minutes, remove to cooled water, drain and put in the plate with asparagus.
3. Heat wok with oil over low heat, stir – fry garlic until light brown. 
4. Remove fried garlic, cool and sprinkle on top of vegetables. Use the remaining oil to stir – fry Brussels sprouts for 3 minutes. Remove and place together with asparagus and broccoli.
5. In a wok heat oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil string constantly. Add dissolved cornstarch, stir until thick. Pour over the 3 kind of vegetables and serve.
